Delivery/Booking Policy/Terms:

 

Delivery 7 days a week subject to booking availability - follow our Social Media posts for any changes in trading hours

Free delivery for all order of $49+ to our local delivery area

Local delivery charges from $15.00 - bulk deliveries/placement at venue extra

On site labour $55.00 per hour - minimum 1hr booking

Our local delivery area covers The Tomaree Peninsular to Bobs Farm

Please contact us for a quote and availability for out of area delivery

We endeavour to offer same day delivery service although we do encourage pre - orders for special events and celebrations to cover both delivery/booking availability and stock

All function decorating bookings will be issued with an Invoice with a deposit of 50% minimum to be paid to secure booking and stock. The balance of monies due to be paid 7 days prior to event.

Any changes to function decorating bookings due to change of date/time/venue or weather may incur additional charges

Balloon delivery services to be paid in full on booking - Credit Card/Direct Deposit

No refund will be given for cancellations. A credit for service only (not retail supplies)will be issued to be used within 6 months of issue

Covid19 Cancellations/Postponements: from September 2022

With no Government Mandates now on business - any payments/deposit for bookings will not be refunded due to cancellation or postponement of event due to Covid19 by Client

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

A Credit Note for service only (not retail sales) will be issued and be valid for 6 Months from Date of Issue 

These Terms may be reviewed for change at any time due to Government/State Health/Business Guidelines and Restrictions

By their very nature balloons are extremely fragile. Very occasionally they will fail due to their fragile nature. This is not something we can foresee or predict. We work really hard to make sure our customers are happy 100% of the time. Balloons are very easily damaged, sometimes by touching them onto things. We cannot be held responsible if this happens. Balloons are affected by temperature - both the heat and cold affect what happens to their size and float time

Once balloons have been delivered/assembled at your venue we cannot be held responsible for what happens to them

All balloons used on equipment will be removed and disposed of by us* using TerraCycle Recycling Services Australia in a thoughtful and environmentally appropriate manner to be recycled and used in the open market to create products such as rubber matting

*Pease advise prior to pickup of equipment if you wish to keep your balloons. We ask that you dispose of them thoughtfully and in line with N.S.W Litter Laws and Guidelines 

NB: There is no Public access or pick up service from our Office or Workshop
